About me
For the better part of the past decade, I have built a career off of photography in my endeavors around the world, from the likes of working for various publications such as the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and AY Magazine, among others, to shooting weddings, maternity sessions, graduation photos, sports, landscape, wildlife and everything in between. Portions of my photojournalism have been published by news outlets in the Arkansan area, and even with one of my signature squirrel photos published online by the Washington Post. Due to my background in journalism, my editing is very natural with the purist mentality at the forefront of thought, allowing the images to speak for themselves instead of altering them, displaying the organic beauty that light has provided for each shot, with the exception of black and white, which I take as a challenge to create an image that tells a colorful story despite the lack of color. Although my background has primarily been in photojournalism, I am now offering my photography services as a family business based in Arkansas to anyone for any occasion at modest pricing.
